8 hours of cold maceration and only free run juice was used for this wine. Aged for less than 3 months on the full lees, in micro-vats as well as in wooden containers.
Red fruits dominate this perfectly blended rosé with its minty eucalyptus background. Fresh, intense and a full body on the palate.
