The authenticity of the Verdejo grape is already expressed on the nose. This gives intense, elegant and fresh aromas. Its notes of herbs and white flowers stand out, along with anise, fennel as well as hints of scrubland.
The palate shows excellent structure and volume. Sapientia Verdejo is oily and elegant with a mild hint of bitterness on the finish, typical of this grape variety.

Enjoy the Sapientia Verdejo with fish, seafood, pasta, rice, with white meat or simply as an aperitif! It can also be combined with smoked fish such as salmon, white tuna or trout.
