Louis de Grenelle’s Grande Cuvée was made with the traditional method, just like in the Champagne (second fermentation in the bottle). The wine shows an intense and complex nos with aromas of peach, quince, nuts, almonds and acacia honey. The palate shows rich aromas of brioche and dried fruits. Very harmonic!
Food pairing
Grande Cuvée is an excellent apero wine. Furthermore, it suits perfectly fine to foie gras, fish, desserts and sorbet.
